Welcome to JT's Catering

Having spent 15 years involved with catering, this is the first time I have set up my own company. My experience in catering includes Weddings, Special Family Occasions, Christmas Parties, Business Lunches and VIP Functions, both indoors and outside.

Most recently I led the catering team at the re-opened Tradesman’s Arms Public House on Dartmoor, establishing a successful menu, of which the Dartmoor News magazine praised as ‘highly recommended’.

Now I am looking forward to the new challenge of opening JT’s Catering at The Swan Inn Dawlish. The winter menu is available from the 1st October 2009.

My aim is to serve only the very highest quality West Country produce ensuring the best value for money, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
